Return, Replacement and Refund Policy

We check our resources before dispatch to make sure that they are not damaged. We also take great care to wrap them carefully. If however, you received damaged resource, please send us an email ASAP (within 24hours of receiving the order) with photos/ videos showing the fault/issue with the resources. We aim to respond to all emails within 2 working days. We accept returns for damaged resources only and offer replacement or keep the item and get compensation for any drop in value. 

To be eligible for a  Replacement, please return the resource in the same condition that you received it- in the original packaging. You will need to pay the shipping for the return of the product to us and we will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged return deliveries. We therefore recommend that you ensure that the parcel is appropriately packed and returned to us via a trackable shipping method so that you have proof of dispatch and delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a replacement item will be posted.

If a replacement product is not available, you will be given store credit for the item purchased price. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. Store Credit must be spent within 30 days from date of issue.
